We ship within Australia only.
Carriers
Large items are sent with Cope Sensitive Freight, Toll IPEC or Direct Freight. Smaller items are sent with Australia Post or Aramex.
Dispatch times
Most orders ship within 5 business days of being placed. We dispatch Monday to Friday and don't operate on public holidays.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated and charged at checkout. For some locations we can't calculate shipping automatically, because freight costs vary so much. If the website can't give you a price, simply contact us for an accurate quote.
Delivery instructions
Please let us know where you'd like your item(s) left if no one is home at the time of delivery.
Re-delivery will incur extra freight charges. This is outside our control.
